If you need a return label our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please email online@berunda.ca to have a free prepaid shipping label emailed to you. Please use the shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. Drop off your return package at either a Canada Post or UPS Drop Box, UPS store or at any other location that has regular UPS pick up visit ups.com for locations. Please note to use our prepaid labels shipments must be sent from Canada.
Due to the nature of personalized items, returns, changes, or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed
You may also return merchandise by selecting an alternative shipping carrier; however, Berunda will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return or any loss of the parcel. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. Berunda is not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside Canada. Ship the package to.

If you would like to return items that were shipped in multiple packages or return multiple orders in the same return package, please indicate this clearly on the packing slip and include this in the package.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.
Our Berunda online store is unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).
